Is this service for rental property owners only, or will you provide services to absentee second home owners?
Our services are available to both rental property owners and absentee second home owners. We can give you peace of mind by taking care of the mundane requirements of maintaining a rental property or second home while you are busy with your own job and life's duties, wherever you live.
Do you handle routine maintenance items like checking lighting, smoke detectors and air conditioning filters, or just the big items, like a leaking roof, or a plumbing problem?
We offer a menu of desired services which we can tailor to your particular needs. This can include routine things like checking light bulbs and AC filters, or arranging for plumbing, electrical and air conditioning repair, structural problems, power washing, carpet cleaning or even lawn care services.
If I live far away, how do I know what you're doing for me and when?
We can provide weekly activity reports, estimates, inspection reports, even recommendations, by email or postal service, and of course we will communicate directly by telephone when necessary
Do you offer Property Management Services, including long-term rental management for investment or vacation residential properties?
We currently provide rental property management services for a number of clients. We can tailor our services to fit your needs.
